Abhishek Chaudhry
Area of Practice: Immigration, Corporate, Wills & Estates
Jurisdiction: Ontario, New York
Abhishek is a cross-border lawyer, having been called to the bar in Ontario in June 2023 and sworn into the New York state bar in January 2024. He is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses use the law proactively to achieve their goals. He successfully completed the Canadian and U.S. Dual J.D. program at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, graduating in 2022.

Abhishek articled and later practiced at a nationally renowned boutique law firm, where he focused on commercial and estate related matters. This experience shaped his belief that strong legal guidance upfront is the best way to avoid costly problems down the line.

Bahaar Chaudhry
Area of Practice: Criminal Law
Jurisdiction: Ontario, New York
Bahaar earned her Canadian and U.S. Dual Law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, graduating in 2022. She completed her articles at the Windsor Crown Attorney’s Office and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2023. She then successfully wrote the New York State Bar Exam and was admitted to the New York Bar in January 2025.
Following the completion of her articles Bahaar served two years as a Federal Crown prosecutor. She now applies this experience to advocate for her clients, helping them navigate the criminal justice system with confidence and protecting their rights at every stage.
